Exceptional service, quality of work! My AC unit was not cooling at all and blowing out hot air, I called Turbo to come out and they had sent out David. He came out and was able to resolve my issue and had my house cooling in no time, he even took the time to explain What caused the issue and left me with peace of mind. I had a great experience with Ole. He came out to check my AC and water line, and I was impressed with his professional knowledge. He explained everything clearly, patiently answered my questions, and ensured the job was done right. Also, he helped with putting glue stickers around the attic and AC filter.  It’s not easy to find someone so reliable, respectful, and thorough these days. We had turbo install a 3 ton ac unit in 2021 a full replacement. Two days ago, and surprise. The compressor blew out this plug with the wires and we lost all of our freon. We needed Parts in the Attic replaced as well as a full new compressor. We did not realize what had happened when it happened but two nights ago it was way too hot in our house so my wife called Turbo to have them check our system.
Today Christian and David came out got everything replaced and we are back up and running cool again great guys and an easy warranty experience. These guys do deserve props today.
